Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom) We offer standard and express shipping within the UK:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): free delivery
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): free delivery
International Shipping International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
